I had 10+ plants growing hidden in Sonoma and the sheriff took all of them. They were in front of my families land, thankfully they were actually on public property. So the sheriff just yanked them and left. I got off lucky, I know.

The sheriff asked if anyone had a medical card, it sounded like if I had one he might not of taken them. Looks like it's time to get a card... :D

So you admitted to planting them? I'd like to meet up so you can buy me a lottery ticket please!

i'm not a lawyer, but i would suspect that growing weed on public property even with a medical card is illegal.

find a better hiding spot next time.

The sheriff asked me if they were mine and i said that they were not. They did not seem to really care as much as I thought they would. They just wanted the plants.

    True, true.
It pisses me off that i can be "punished" for finding something in the wild that none of us really have control over... especially the people making the rules.
