I don't understand how someone can watch someone else being mugged/attacked/beaten up in public and not do anything about it!!! stupid scared people really shit me! I watched a guy get beaten up tonight and there were people standing right next to him and didn't even help him up afterwards! I ended up running down there to pick him up off the road before he got hit by a car! me - a tiny little nothing girl!! and there were bouncers not thirty metres away pretending to not even notice!!! wtf is wrong with the world??? blah...
Hey man I feel ya... Dont get on the bouncers though. They probablly felt bad. If they went to help them they would get fired on the spot. It sucks. I try to help best I can when I see that stuff go down.
yeah i know what you mean, just the other day at a local concert i was at, one of my friends and another guy (both older and bigger guys) started fighting and while everyone else just watched i was the only one stopping it and im very little! and no one else helped when i got in the middle of it either!!! (violence is not the answer!) ~peace and love~
well, i've noticed that people watch bad shit go down because they don't want to die, lose a limb, are so inured to violence that they don't care anymore. you watched, too. then, when it was over, you did something. that's not shameful, that's self-preservation.
Hell, yeah. Besides, if this was outside of a bar, this guy may have done something to deserve a shit-kicking......you never know. So I'm not gonna get myself killed trying to save some asshole. I'd just call the cops and let them deal with it.
I have scalped tickets on the sidewalk before when fistacuffs have broke out in the street. I gotta make money for my crack habit somehow.
