.shn to .wav Any WinXP spyware-free software to do this?

Does anyone know of an Windows XP software that's spyware-free and converts .shn files to .wav files? So far I've not found any accurate information on how to do that in XP without downloading and installing Mystery Software.

Thanks, BlackGuardXIII, there was a lot there, but nothing for converting .shn to .wav on an XP box. I think I'll run over to rec.music.gdead and see if there's a suggestion there, I think deadheads use .shn exclusively, and surely there's someone out there that runs XP instead of linux (I loathe the fact that I have to share a computer with people who actually REQUIRE windows...)

 

MKW version 0.97b1 works fine with my Windows install, thanks! Azureus for getting torrents, MKW for converting. No probs! Ahh yes, a complete (and very recent) John Prine show is playing now

 

there's a german site I know of. I'll post it if you want. I'm not sure if it has THAT, but it has lotsa freeware.

i know win amp can change mp3 to wave, but not sure of the other
