Sure. but I do feel that there should be a manner in which the mother's privacy can be protected. (like a kind of hood thing for the baby or something, velcro it to a loop around the mothers shoulder, velcro it to a strip on her shirt, bada bing, baby is covered)

 

Yes, everything that doesn't physically or financially harm anyone (you know what I mean) should be allowed.

A very overweight lady did that in NYC a few years back. The video was on youtube. The cops arrested her quickly. One of the cop cars involved in that incident was disguised as a yellow taxi. Kind of spooky.

I always love the natural arguement because taking a shit is natural too but you dont want people takin a shit on a park bench.

but to answer the question, yes of course it should be allowed, would you rather listen to a screeching baby just because its hungry and the mom isnt allowed to feed it because people are scared of some nipple?
however, women can cover up and be discreet, no need to whip out the tittay and offend people n shit.

absolutely. there is nothing gross, unhealthy, private, sexual, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate about feeding your child what it is meant to be fed, and if it needs to be done it should be, whether in a public place or not. i honestly don't understand why people get all up in arms about it, it seems to me perfectly clear that breastfeeding should be as acceptable in public as drinking from a water fountain or looking both ways before crossing a street.

 

Someone on HF didn't like that either. They said they could hear the sucking noise and that irritated them too.
