I believe that too many people have limited their options as to what what they allow to be funny. The following is a link (yes I am spamming a link to prove my point) to a highly offensive but yet funny site. Please do not click the link if you are easily offended by drug, porn, racist and various other forms of under appreciated humor. http://www.legalizecrack.com/
what's small, pink and crying in a corner? a baby.. what's small, green and silent in a corner? the same baby a few months later..dead
There should be no restrictions on humour if you can tell the difference between a joke and reality. Tell a racist joke to a 13 year old and they might take it seriously, tell it to an 18 year old and they won't take it seriously.
^im 14 years old and i know not to take racist jokes seriously. it has nothing to do with age so dont pretend it does. it has to do with inner maturity and knowledge.
The keyword was 'might' i believe. Unfortunately maturity is not easly measured, and so sometimes generalizations must be made.
I do agree that some people restrict themselves too much I also think that website wasn't very funny.
