I've been smoking a lot lately like atleast 3 times times a day and i usually smoke about 2 hours be4 I go to bed. Lately ive been waking up like half way thru the night needing a drink then when im up in the morning im feeling like i got hit by a fucking train haha. wtf is this shit
I dont know man. I smoke around 3 times a day a lot as well should daily life permit it. I often wake up in the middle of the night needing water, but that is relatively normal I would say, or at least, I have been doing for as long as I can remember. As for feeling like shit in the morning, I do not know what to tell you, as it does not happen to me. Maybe try not smoking so much, perhaps just not smoking 2 hours before bed anymore, although, I know a lot of people who hit their bong right before bed regularly. If anything, try not smoking before bed for a week and see if you start feeling better in the morning. If it is difficult to sleep for a few days then just stick it out for a few days. I rarely see the point of smoking before bed, sometimes ill have a bowl, but essentially its a waste. It often seems like a good idea, but personally, whenever I have smoked with 2 hours of going to sleep, I wake up with wishing I had just saved it for the next day.
You might need a lot exercise. For about 2 years i smoked heavy and i also smoked before bed. Made me sleep deep, loved it. It seemed though something caught up with me. I was drinking a lot during this time as well. If i went to bed drunk i always woke up once or twice in the middle of the night. Well i ended up getting a job moving freight from 5pm to 10pm. Once i got the job i slept soooooo well. I realized that from all the smoking and drinking how it made me lethargic. Now i get my exercise in the gym playing basketball. It helps me fall and stay asleep, and if I don't smoke in the morning, work out hard in the afternoon, I get fucking blazed from a single bowl at night. its hard to break habits but its so fucking worth it.
