I think that everyone should keep in mind that those flashes of light are actually tracer bullets and they're usually placed about every 40 rounds. so, 1:40 ratio.

So now watch how fast it can fire 40 bullets.

 

That's true. I got the chance to shoot off some tracer rounds in my M16 and in my SAW when I was in the army. It was purty.
