What simple things just make you happy for no reason? Where are you when you're most content with just being?

For me it's outside. Just going for walks when it's nice out makes me content and calm no matter how shitty my life is at the moment. I just went for a long ass walk in the woods and I'm so chill now.

There are going to be pot plants there later. So many obvious spots and the developments in the area are filled with teenagers. And I'm going to brush up on my foraging skills. Make my cro-magnon ancestors proud.

Free pot also makes me happy, but duh. :D

Same thing for me, I really enjoy the outdoors. Now that its starting to get really nice out, life just go so much better. I'm sick of blunt rides and smoking inside houses, now its gonna be burn sessions outside all the time (except for in rain and wind of course). The other day I was just chillin at the park on some stone steps under a big pine tree, and it was the most tranquil moment of my life.

I just like it when it's a nice day outside and it kind of puts me in a good mood.

i like to free the new growth in the spring. my mom's tulips and muscari are coming up, i got to help pull grass sprouts out of the bed and rearrange the mulch. dirty fingers XD

and i like rolling balls of yarn, and kneading bread dough, and making the bed just right. and arranging baskets.

^ Is that really a simple thing in life? lol Although I agree that is very enjoyable.

I agree with SamStoned on walks.

I enjoy going to parks, or anywhere really, to enjoy a hike through the wilderness on a beautiful day. When the wind is blowing over the mountain top and into the valley, it is hard to be OUT of the moment.

Good music is completely enjoyable. Also playing my guitar or djembe. Really humorous and amusing things, stimulis.

I'm sure there's a bunch of other stuff, like petting a cat. lol

    Or a simple hug.

Hiking around the Armagosa canyon and rock hunting, looking for lost mines. Oooh, and cooking my food on coals from a Mesquite fire. Good shits and giggles imho. Just wish I had better access to Weed, would add so much to the whole experience, but I'm broke and have no connections out here so it's a matter of waiting for 4:20 friendly travellers to pass through and smoke me out. Works out as I like a low tolerance but wish I had a bowl to smoke when I went on my hikes. Guess I'll just have to start making stuff and bartering. :D

in my truck with the music cranked up driving around with no set destination is where i like to be.i like sitting in the truck at the beach, listening to music, watching the waves come rolling in.its so peaceful at the beach at night when nobody else is there, even in the winter.

i loved playing with my pitbull when she was alive.made me happy to see a smile on that dogs face.she always knew how to make me happy when i was feeling down.knowing that she was happy and enjoying life with me also made me happy.unfortunately i had to have her put to sleep due to old age at 13 years old.i miss her alot.

when i was with my girl and kids it made me happy when i came home to them.even if the 3 of them were in bed sleeping when i got home.now i dont have them,i feel like im lost on some country side street that leads to nowhere.

Fishing in a beautiful creek or river camping over the weekend, getting out of town and connecting with nature.

In my husbands arms getting a huge hug while we are both in a good mood.

    Bacon.

In my car going 100mph + on the drag strip, or sliding my ass end around a corner in an auto x track.

When I was smoking my bowl in the woods (I hate not realizing that I have incriminating shit on me until I'm baked and slightly paranoid)

But yeah, was toking up in the woods and I saw some 'woodland critter'. I had no idea what it was, but I was cool calling it a woodland critter.

It was kind of funny, he saw me and froze up in the middle of the trail and I'm stanfing there thinking

"Holy shit, what is that woodland critter? Is it a raccoon? Probably a groundhog or a gopher of some kind... will it bite me if I walk passed it? ...Could I catch it?"

    :D

Felt cool using the words woodland critter? Is that what you're saying? Lmao that's funny. And what's also funny is I was also one day stoned in the woods, seen a woodland critter, that I identified as a fox, if that's even a woodland critter, well, it was in a woodland, maybe not so much critter, but yeah anyway, I seen this fox, and it just stopped dead in it's tracked and stared at me for like 5 minutes. It was a weird experience lol, I was wondering if he was gonna charge at my ass and bite me those sly foxes

That's just what felt right at the moment. It was a woodland critter cause that's what the moment dictated. Either that or a gopher of some kind. :p
