Skipping School

(Backround information: Mark, Kyle and I walk to school together evey morning, because we are gangster. Mark comes to my house first. Then the two of us walk to Kyle's. Then we walk to school)

So I wake up this morning, dreading school. Because it sucks so bad. And I get all ready. I already know that Mark isnt coming to school today because he has a dentist appoitment. So I walk to Kyles house. I knock on the door and Rick (Kyle's Mom's roomate) and says that Kyle isnt going to school today either. So I start walking to school a little. And then im like 'Hey, why dont I stay home from school today too?'

So then came home.

Now im here.

My moms at work.

 

i have to go back to school on the 23rd, have fun playing hookie.

 

My first day was the eighth...

I wish I had some marijuana...

Just say how you have "personal problems" and they wont care if you ever show up again!

 

in wcsd you can ged waiver credits at 16, if you work a counselour and a few people in the upper echelons of school administration (superintendents, trustees, things like that) well enough or just bug the shit out of them (most of their phone numbers are public record) you can probably walk out with minimal work 4.0



I don't know if it would work for others, it was great for me....

 

no child left behind can nail you on certain attendance shit now on that though....

I had to bug the shit out of the superintendant, explain what I wanted and then keep calling him every hour after he said no (and they always say no) from different phones and things just annoying him till I got his sign off, I also bugged the shit out of the communications director and I had a sympathetic counselour, the credit waiver ged program being in place already helped a lot


being G.T. (130 or above I.Q.) and a few other things helped a lot too, but I think if someone were annoying enough unless their argument had no merit at all it could work for almost anyone.....


I so cheated the system....

 

What exactly is that?

 

I wanted a deal that said if I got the highest score in the state on the G.E.D. when I took it I would get my prior grades erased and they'd be replaced with my g.e.d. scores in the assigned areas, unfortuantly the waiver didn't cover government or health so I had to do worksheets to make up for those, but everything else was golden, perf scored my g.e.d, 4.0....... it was nice...


I think the superintendant moved to clark county, he only lasted one year up here......
