Seems like a few Sleep threads are kicking around this forum. They deserve it though, after all, they appeal to stoners... and our collective memory isn't always so great. lol.
When I see that songtitle I always have to think of Nebula's Sonic titan, which (in my opinion) kicks even more ass.
Meh, trying it out now (Jerusalem, at least) but I don't like it much. Stoner doom just isn't my thing, I guess.
:tongue: personal tastes right..! I personally don't like those progressive doom bands, you know like Neurosis and Isis, which have some so called post rock mixed in their music? I don't get that stuff at all. Me, I prefer old school doom and the meltings with stoner rock.
Yeah, lately it's pretty 'hip' to be listening to bands like that, but I don't know much about it actually. I like mostly death/funeral doom and some traditional/classic doom but not a lot of it, some Candlemass and Reverend Bizarre is fun at times.
