smoking resin?

so i just got my first bowl, secondhand, and it has a bunch of resin in it. i scratched it off the sides and whatnot and its in the bottom of my bowl right now. i pushed it and compacted it, and i dont know how much there it, but i'd say like a pinch.

i don't want to get real high, just a little buzzed...is resin stronger or weaker than pot? and how does it work

 

I find resin is different high, its more like smoking hash, i find it gives me a quick real high, but then come down and will feel a buzz for a while after.

 

Also, a resin ball will last for A LOT longer than it seems like it would. Depending on the size of the resin ball and how high you want to get, you can have three or four sessions with it.

It seems to be a bit more of a speedy high than smoking bud. If I was you, I would spread it onto a joint or a blunt or mix it in a bowl with some bud. It makes a lot of difference. I once heated up some resin to make it soft and gooey, then I spreaded it on the outside of a joint and four people smoked on it and got high as fuck, and it made the joint burn super slow.

 

^^ iv done that...but with hash & charas...like a strip of charas around a joint filled with hash!..did wonders & the joint did burn super slow

 

Yeah man, that session I was talking about in that post was about 4 years ago, and it is one of the best sessions I have had to this day.......and it was only one joint. I have had sessions that lasted all night long, and consisted of anywhere from 2 ounces of mids in a night to a $200 1/2oz of Silver Haze in less than four hours, but that resin joint is still among my all-time favorite sessions. That's saying alot.

BTW, what's charas?

 

i dont know what EXACTLY its made of...but its from the same family as hash..& im pretty sure it has THC in it.*lol*

but charas..among the stoners we have here*in pakistan* isnt considered that good..coz u really cant tell whats in it..its the damn dealers here how'v a bad image on charas..u know & its also called "rod" here in pakistan...im sure alot of ppl here have had charas... & im not saying its bad but the charas you'll find here on the streets...will have stuff in it that u dont want to be smokeing...charas i only smoke when im out of good hashish...& u never know man if u get ur hands on a good rod after a period of not smokeing charas it does hit.

ppl here are misinformed about hash/charas/cannibals...u can get away with an 1/8 pretty easyily...if u bribe the fucking pigs..there always looking for ways to make some extra dough.iv never been cought thought*guess i'v been lukcy*.but even if u do get cought & if u know ppl then they'd just take ur stuff & some money.but like just the normal middel class/upper middel class people....they fucking treat it like coke or shit..lol like i remember this one time the maid told my folks that my room smelled like hash & my mom went insane..& started telling me if i kept this up i woudent be able to have kids & what not..i was like "what the fuck maa?" lol..& i read here about tokeing up with there rents & shit which i think is fucking awesome man...i wish i could do that *sigh*

in my experience, it is more potent by weight.

depending on the quality of weed you have smoked, will obviously determine the potency of the resin.

but i have weighed my resin many times and id have to say it takes a lot less resin than weed to produce the same high.

though it does take more hits to produce the high. resin bowls will last for a long time. Ive taken 30 hits off of the same bowl of resin before.

yeah resin burns slow, so you dont need as much. resin will get you pretty lit, but it wont last for very long at all. youll be high for maybe 10 or 15 minutes & then youll just feel tired. resin gets you a good high though.

 

Its better if you roll it in shake and the poweder you get from cleaning stems, you get a very bowl that last quite some time.
