and kai ran up and said "can i cuddle joey in my lap until she goes to sleep?" so i asked joey "do you wanna cuddle kai?" she nodded yes and i put her in kai's lap and covered here with a gigantic pink, fluffy blanket. but kai's only 5, and her lap isn't quite at comfie as mine. so she came back to me. now i'm cuddling them both aqnd TOTALLY ready for bed. life is good.
kai just did it again. she walked up and whispered "when joey's asleep can you put her in my lap?" angels, i swear.
dave's got his daddy's girl. but mainly it's his greatest joy that these two girls adore each other so much. they look out for each other AND beat the tar out of each other. but i think the sweetest thing i've ever seen is a daddy's girl.
almost 6 and 2 and a half. so so sweet. such little loves. inseperable and adoring. the value of daughters cannot be discounted. they're sweetness itself. althought, in my most honest moments, i will confess to disappointment in not being able to hold out for a son.
My boys constantly beat the crap out of each other, but in the next second they can be so sweet and kiss each others tears away.
my girls are vicious one second and angels the next. so cuddly. joey won't take a piece of candy without getting one for kai. kai won't let joey get in trouble ever. so cute.
