So my friend from high school was on Cops...

And this would make 2 friends who hung out at my house in high school that have been on national television shows for being arrested. This guy claimed to be madly in love with me for a looooonnnng time, and his ex-girlfriend is a friend of mine and she posted a link to the episode...and by god, that was him. Season 23 Episode 12, second arrest about 8 minutes in. Aaahhh...my dad will LOVE this.

 

If one of my friends were ever on cops he/she would get shit for years.

 

Ive seen 5 people on cops, that I know..
Cops was also recorded, on my parents front steps after a car chase ended there..

my city is small btw..

 

Oh trust me, he has shit coming, but he's a wanderer, so I only see him when he wanders into my vicinity. That's pretty rarely. The other guy who was on TV for getting arrested was on America's Dumbest Criminals (and every show like it) with footage from a dash cam, tripping out on PCP and getting tazed. He was the reason our cops got tazers in the first place, from a different instance where he was tripping on PCP.

 

I wish people I knew would be on cops...they came to a city around here and were kicked out for giving it a "bad image" and were told never to come back. I think it'd be so cool to see some trashy old friend of mine on cops!

 

It is pretty cool. We always told this dude he was destined to be on Cops, then when they were filming in the area, I KNEW someone I knew would show up, and sho 'nuff. Now if my ex that used to bring them over all the time would end up arrested on TV, that would be 3/3. Haha.

my hometown has made the news a shitload considering how small it is. way too small to ever appear on cops though.

most recent incident: a local idiot was arrested for making several thousand harassing text messages to a bunch of random people in less than a week. this was just last week.

i think my favorite bit of local news was the guy who got famous for fucking his picnic table next door to an elementary school.

One of my high school friends was a suspect in this drive-by down the road from my house, and another one of my high school friends was killed in the same drive-by. I bolded their names. Junior Madrigal still has my VHS copy of the Up In Smoke Tour. lol The bastard. I would never have guessed that he would end up testifying against some people he referred to as his "brothers". Disappointing.

 

Yep. That would be him. And to clear it up a little, I'm pretty sure that all happened in Amarillo, my town's too small for Cops, too.

 

At least a few of my friends from High School should be on COPS but there’s no fascination in watching some white collar criminal arrested unless he struggles with the cops and they taze him :bobby:
