    Stag Beetles all the way. Ooh and by the way, I'm pretty sure daddy long legs/crane flies eat nowt. They spend most of their lives as leatherjackets then just metamorphosise to mate then die after a few days.

    They do look cool rolled up, I have seen similar ones that live in the basement and under rocks but they don't roll up.

    Naw wasnt a dragon fly. I was riding my bike once and a big beautiful blue one flew right beside me for about ten seconds. I looked right at its big greenish eyes - I love them.

    Horse flies are horrid little fuckers. I got bit by one right on my ankle. It's one of the worst places to get bitten I think :(

    But 'roly poly' bugs kick ass! I love looking for them in our flower pots and poking them.

    I'm turning this thread into a insect appreciation thread.

    i used to love finding them and rolling them up... then i'd find one of the other kind and accidentally break it in half trying to roll it up :(

    Poor undies...my grandpa killed a caterpillar I was showing him, I cried because it was my friend, he felt like crap after that...:D
