I think it's dope, but I'm not gutsy enough to do it.

 

I think it's ugly, but to each her own, I guess.

 

I'd say it's more for the sake of strangeness than anything else. I've never seen this style on anyone that wasn't flamboyantly decorated.

I know some girls that rock the style though. Some people from the dread forums had a shaved side or two and it looked nice as well.


edit- to simplify, to pull it off you have to be strange in other aspects of your style!

My daughter, who is in the "hair industry", wore that style for a while last year. Her hair wasn't extremely long like the photos above, though. It was a shortish style with long swept bangs and the other side was buzzed. She did some neat color stuff with it too and had a star shaven into the buzzed side. Pretty radical but that's my daughter's style.

 

You've got to be a down ass chick to pull it off. I've seen some girls look UGLY but some look hard as fuck.

I actually thought of doing this after chemo when my hair grew in really weird but I chickened out.

My hair is still really weird so you never know, I may at some point do it anyways. That should go over big in the office.

 

@Aerianne I know a few girls that have it with short hair, almost bob length with lots and lots of layers. Personally I think that looks better. I totally love it, but I'm not gutsy enough to do it.
