I thought they were pretty interesting, I like how the energy dropped, when the question would go to Bush.. "Heh Heh, well im a simple man dan, i lived a simple life, i just dont get this global peace thing. I tell ya dan i got a wife and two kids.. Oh and did i tell ya about the terrorist madmen? With mass graves. My opponent over here cant make up his friggin mind! Cant be flippity floppity, i tell ya, i know, its hard work bein presdent."

Kerrys way of dealing with things, seemed to honour the foundations of the united states, show the world that you are good and of high ideals. then we're gettin somewhere.

I could tell you my opinion, but the fifty gazillionth time that Bush mentioned 'Wrong war, wrong place, wrong time', my brain stem caved in.

For some reasons republicans aren't admitting that Kerry is better... they're all like "That was just a coincidence"

pfft... they'z all talk if you ask me.

Last night, I was flipping through some channels, and I saw the 2000 debate between Bush and Gore. It was much more interesting than this one. They actually got to address eachother. It seemed like a real debate. They were standing up and walking around. They were interrupting eachother. It just seemed more... real.

This one seemed like a game show, to me.

I agree, although alot of things have changed.

I feel that the best way to go about a debate with two people running for president, would be to let them go at it freely. Theyre grown men they can hold a civil debate, without all the stops, and '30 seconds', etc.

Exactly. That's pretty much how the 2000 debate seemed to be, though. Too bad they had to change it.
