I think the "NWO" is just a useless, generic term used by paranoid reactionaries to describe the activities of multinational corporations and their neo-liberal agenda. Its pretty much a fill in the blank word. Its been described as being headed by Reptilian entities, the Illuminati, The Masons, the Elders of Zion, the anti-christ and a bunch of other nonsense.

When Bush Sr. used it in an address he was talking about the UN and how it needed to fulfill the original role of its founders after WWII to keep totalitarian dictators from coming into power.

Anyway, I don't know about the NWO, but if you want your jobs to not be shipped out of country where corporations take advantage of wage slavery in the third world and undermine the American standard of living and the social contract that was forged between capital and labor through the labor movement and New Deal over 7 decades ago, then do everything in your ability to raise awareness on these issues and boycott sweat shop labor and exploitation. I think our corporate masters are just slowly turning us into a third world country. When China's economy starts to develop a service based economy while ours collapses, the capitalist elite will sell us out, our kids will be the ones making shit for the Chinese, most of us will be living in tar-paper shacks, social spending will be completely cut, and we'll have no other option but to provide 16 hours a day of labor in exchange for a dirt floor dwelling and barely enough grain to get by. It'll be all good and fine for the top 5% int his country, like in any third world economy, but it'll suck for the rest.

 

I honestly think the best way people can alleviate anything they don't want to see happen is to worry about themselves and their direct environment. If people become self-sustainable (and I don't mean buying honda or toyotas new green cars) spiritually connected to themselves and established a better relationship with their environment.

It sound like a silly solution but if everyone focused on themselves a lot of problems would be solved (as above so below--or is it the reverse in the situation) and there is such a thing as universal conciousness.

The thing about people who are deep into conspiracy theories (which a lot of them are probably very true, some exaggerhated(sp?) some understated) is that they go aruond talking of this horrible diabolical plan and while they are informing people, it is done with anger and panic and worry, and quite probably just feeds the negative energy of certain authorities.

It's a cliched phrase but be the change you want to see the world I think is an apt saying when it comes to questions of how to stop any NWO. Just focus on yourself.

I am reading the book Trillion Dollar Conspiracy by Jim Marrs, with a bias towards government, but I try to be as objective as possible. And it all seems to make sense. I think that without even believing in conspiracies you can't tell me you don't see that the government or lack thereof in every country is run by a minority of extremely rich families. But what brought them into power; their family ties or greedy business, possibly even violent overthrows or constituents powerless efforts to overthrow due to fear is keeping them in the throne of economic leadership.

 

I will stop it by not living in fear.

why do you associate that with not caring? it's about not acknowledging their attempt at power... drugs are fun if you want to use them for recreation yes, but that's not all they are... some drugs are called entheogens.. in my opinion, we need to take natural entheogens as a shortcut back to the "god" within ourselves... so i would say the answer to the new world order crap is ayahuasca and it's analogues as a starting point and creating lives for ourselves away from this current low-grade sludge...
