I don't have steak too often here as it is relatively expensive. I mean, a huge t-bone at a restaurant costs almost $5. WTF?
I'm STILL cooking. All I had to eat so far today was a low fat yogurt. No wonder I'm fucking shakey as hell. (and i could sooo dig a grilled cheese right now)
Alright chicken is cooked and cooling..... red potatoes are now boiling... dough is rolled out... gonna add onion, carrots and celery... about an hour til I can eat. I have no idea how I go 7 hours and only eat a yogurt.... then I wonder why my withdrawals are so bad today...hmmmmm lucks... maybe you're not even shaking from withdrawals if you didnt shake from them yesterday...maybe it's cause you need FOOOOD..... mmmmmm this is gonna be so good though. two hours of cooking for the broth. drools.
There is very little, if any, cheese here. They have some really crappy imported stuff in some of the supermarkets but it costs more than a t-bone. No kidding.
You know.... the past couple days.... stopped drinking totally.... worked out for over an hour each day plus spent most of the rest of the day moving.... grocery shopping, cleaning, running errands and eating HEALTHY and not that much at ALL... know how much weight i lost? zero pounds in three days. its fucking insane and not acceptable. eat more? no fucking way. but i am looking forward to dinner tonight. im over there finishing stuff up literally drooling into the dutch oven.... okay not literally but in my head....
What does that mean? I mean I do eat.... do you think if I ate more though maybe I'd lose more? What I'm confused about is my body fat.... it went UP a percentage in the past three days... while I was doing strength training and cardio hardcore and not eating any fatty foods...just LEAN proteins and veggies and water. So why would I GAIN fat? You have no idea how upsetting this is to me.
it means your body is not allowing itself to mobilize your fat to be used for energy don't pay attention to what the scale is saying for BF%. best way to see progress is to look at how your body is doing....you really don't need to be paying attention to BF% unless you are morbidly obese or are entering a Body Building contest or you are being weighed before some competition
So what do you suggest I do to alter that? I try to eat healthy and excercise....isnt that what im supposed to do? Gahhh Haha I'm obsessed with BF. You know.. .I'm down to 165 now so weight wise I'm happy so I decided that other day that BF would be the new thing that I would be obsessed about. Haha.
stop being so obssessed, at least right now. you're body and mind are going through some tough times. just keep working out, eating healthy. be consistent, not obsessive
