I took the acid about at 8:15 PM, now its now over 7 AM.

I took it on an empty stomach so it would have more effect. That turned out stupid. 15 minutes after I took it I started feeling feverish. Cramps, neausea, chills, feels like I'm sick and I'm obviously not. It's all in my head as far as I can tell.

I'm still getting classic signs of the high, flanged sound, various colors, but I want it to go away. It doesn't seem like it's relented at all.

Anyone have a similar story or advice? Anything would be good right now.

eat some oranges or drink some orange juice.

i don't think its from being on an empty stomach--we always trip on empty stomaches and that has never happened to me.

just breath your way through it, put on some happy music. you'll be just fine.

I got that once, I think it's just that some people have a bad physical reaction now and again. I thought I was dying but obviously I didn't (^_^)

    ya man.
thats one of the secrets of acid
what it shows you is actually... always there, sort of like a divine realm that everything else functions on top of
getting "it" to go away is just refiguring out how to close certain doors in your brain

dont worry though. If you hold the right intentions in yourself (peace, love, unity)
the doors will close themselves automatically to encase these intentions

if you play your consciousness correctly, you can even hold onto certain effects of acid
or rather, bring them back with you, it's all up to you how you want to operate your brain
just make sure you do it all with proper intention, otherwise, certain parts of you
may disagree. Disagreement in the self is no fun

Some come to laugh their past away
Some come to make it just one more day
    Whichever way your pleasure tends
if you plant ice you're gonna harvest wind
    Roll away the dew..

Hey guys, just like to update you guys on what happened to me.

There was something in the lsd (don't ask me if it was real or a substitute) that made most of it instantly toxic to my brain. I call this the sickness, and it is as far as I am concerned, evil incarnate. I wouldn't wish it upon anyone, and there was no contesting it, only meekly ignoring it.

For some reason, the LSD is still working (It is now past 2 PM, so that's almost 18 hours), but around 11 pm the sickness was receding a little bit and I was able to disperse of most it extremely quickly once I learned that my flatulations contained most of the lcd toxins. I swear I've never ripped louder farts in my life.

lol. dude. ur helping manifest it by calling it the sickness. it is what it is. lsd. calling it the sickness makes you sound crazy, i guarentee you there were no toxins in the acid you ate. atleast not enough to be active within your system. acid is one of the only chemicals known to be active in the ammount that you probably took. so just calm the fuck down and enjoy the ride.

18 hours? I dont know about that, I had a trip like that once in my life, about 3 years ago at the Philly Folk Fest, dude was selling strips out of a cassette tape completley exposed  I ate 2 and was tripping for more than a full day, from 11pm that night until the next afternoon. It was definitley not LSD, Im pretty sure it was DOB. I remember when it finally hit me I was walking amongst the massive crowd and I felt like I was towering above everyone and then shrinking below them with every step, like Alice in Wonderland type business. Definitley not acid, I can promise you that! :D

stomach pains, cramps, nausea is all actually completely common on LSD I think?
atleast the first time Id imagine. I certainly had it. Then I laid down in meditation for like an hour and it all went away and then following that I was really really high.

Timothy Leary said that as the ego tries to leave the body the experiencer may have there body manifest many ailments in order for them to think they need to hold onto ego.

But I was up for 18 hours my first go on LSD. Was having patterns and everything all the way till I went to bed.

Wait wait... are you thinking that your expelling 'toxins' by farting them out? Isn't that just called gas... I think you need to relax.

Wow guys, way to freak him out (not all of you, but most). You're not sick, just take a huge chill pill and SLEEP... in my experience LSD never fulls wears off until you have a good night's sleep. You will feel fine in a day or two. Everyone experiences lingering effects, but the more you freak out about it, the more you are going to notice them.
