(why are we all being so morbid, btw? lol. I know why I am -because Im morbid anyways- but whats with yall? ...)
I didn't think polkaing was all that difficult jump around some one and two and one and two and... right? mostly on the toes. or at least, that's how my uncle taught me when I was a youngun
Well the thing that scares me that people were NEVER taught how to. It is frightning. What are these people goign to do at weddings and such? oh, and it is 1-2-3, like a waltz...only hoping not gliding.
i just remember lots of hopping around t'was comical, cuz I was like 8 and my uncle was in his 30s I think. *hop hop hop*
yeah, this was full of Ukrainian folks too well, technically Russian, but, anyways long story they call themselves Ukrainian so delicious cabbage rolls or perogies tend to crop up at family dinners
mmm, I helped my "wife" make potaote halushky on Saturday (for today). MMMMMMMM, they are soooo good. The are pretty much pyrohy filling minus the rice or cheese, then you boil little rolls of them so they get stiffer. Yeah...so tasty. Tomorrow we get eggs (that I have to go pick from the chickens), bacon, and borshche to eat. Yesss, best job ever
mmmmmmmmm borscht i make damn good borscht,b ut it has to wait until fall since i use beets n veggies from my moms garden, all nice and fresh *drools*
MMM, I can't wait to be able to have our veggies growin in our garden at work. i've never made before, but tomorrow i will (if the tourists don't keep us too busy)
I can polka too Rox! My friend Natalie taught me a bunch of different dance styles last summer. I can salsa, polka, swing ... and a bunch more.
