Anyone else get horrible (chronic?) sore throats from allergies? Anyway...what do you guys do about them? I've found drinking tons of tea and eating tons of cough drops help...but anything else?

colodial silver can be found in most health food stores. It will also zap a flu bug or tummy ache in moments...

Winnie the Pooh might be upset about his honey but he will get over it...yummy honey...

.................................you should not drink the colloidal silver, simply gargle with it. Colloidal silver should only be used on the outside of the body not eaten. You can also gargle with salt water, diluted tea tree oil or diluted hydrogen peroxide.

You need an antihistamine to help dry up the drainage down the back of your throat. My favorite is chlorphineramine, but it does cause some drowsiness in some people. Diphenhydramine is the most effective, but often causes marked drowsiness. Many people find relief from loratadine, which is nonsedating, but, in my opinion, it is much less effective.

Also, Cepastat lozenges are great! I like the max strength, but some people can't stand the flavor of them (eucalyptus/menthol-ish), you can use the regular strength cherry flavor. I prefer this brand to any other sore throat lozenge available.

Also, you all should like this, I actually like taking a spoonful of Karo Syrup (corn syrup) for sore throat. It is thick, and seems to me to coat better than honey. How about that, I finally recommended a "natural" remedy.
