Spay or pay (or neuter...)

    There is also a great program for Arizona families under goverment medical. You contact a vet, and tell them that you have the card. They put you on a waiting list and you get your cat spayed for only 10 dollars, and dogs twenty.
    I thought that it was so neat that I did not have to fork up two hundred dollars. It would have taken so much longer for me to get the money to spay my cat.

    maybe if we didnt force the animals to live in our human homes and buy little puppies to take them away from their families...

    I suppose I could 'set my dog free', but she'd probably be picked up by animal control and euthanized.
