Spike - herbal smoking blend

Idk if anyone has had this brand of it yet, but it's the best I've tried so far.

I'm trying to research to see which JWH chemical is in it but I can't find any info. I'm starting to just assume its 018 because that seems to be the most common. But I can't find info anywhere.

Also, from what I've gathered the manufacturers just spray the chemical on the herbal stuff, and that its bad for you to smoke a lot of it.

Can someone explain it better? Like I want to be able to explain it thoroughly to people when they ask me about it.

(today I was with my friend that claimed one brand was safer to use than the other and I definitely didn't agree, I could be wrong though. It seems that they would all be relatively the same, health-wise. As far as different brands go at least, I guess the more expensive quality ones would be different)

Which reminds me. Today I was buying the Spike and I wasn't sure if I wanted Silver or Gold; $10/$15 respectively. So I asked the guy the difference between them. His reply: "five dollars"

Really? Gee thanks, thats helpful. I hope the other headshop near me sells Spike too because they have much better and more knowledgeable employees.

 

Have you tried Spice (specifically Diamond)? If so, how would you compare?

There isn't a whole lot of info out there on the JWHs because research on quasi-legal-to-illicit substances is a touchy issue. There is some speculation of Jdubs being carcinogenic, but I've never actually seen the source to back it up. I've consumed it more than a few times and I'm still alive and didn't grow a big toe out of my forehead or anything, but I suppose only time will tell. Everything's bad for you these days... just remember caution and moderation when dealing with RCs. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful...

Umm... I'm not sure if I've had Spice Diamond, it sounds familiar, but I can't be sure. I've had other Spices though. And other brands too like 'Space' and some Blueberry something.

But so far from what I can tell, one hit from Spike Silver or Gold gets you feeling pretty good at first, then you just realize how stoned you are a little afterwards. It's pretty good.

 

I havent enjoyed spike for a few reasons. I've been in the Army for about a year and a half now, and the legal stuff (which I never believed worked) is all we could resort to. Spike is more expensive, and you get much less than others. The high you catch off it isnt nearly as long lasting, or as enjoyable as the one Ive stuck with IMO. However, I do really like the taste

The hands down popular vote for the military, and myself is whats called K2. Cheaper, you get more, different blends and flavors to choose from, and the high is the closest thing to the real deal I've seen yet from all I've tried (and lasts just as long for me).

It's all in the eye of the beholder though. Spike is pretty good stuff all in all; I just never had the wallet for it. Enjoy

 

Really? Around here they are all basically the same price, maybe a five dollar difference here and there.

Yeah, K2 isn't bad either. I could easily say that it's my second favorite so far.

When I smoked the Spike yesterday, I thought it lasted quite awhile. I haven't done the others in awhile so its hard to compare.

I think that since there is such little information on these things right now, we at Hip Forums should take it upon ourselves to gather information and organize it in an orderly fashion so people can read it and get info.
