Birthday eve. 33hrs until fun starts. I was going to take wife for a walk into the forest for a picnic but extra corriculum activities have postponed our picnic until maybe next week actually as my uncle is taking us to a fancy pants lunch on Sunday and I'm playing pool doubles all Saturday.

So I just had my appointment with my back specialist and he said blood tests all good, there's signs of the inflammation disease but he said he's not convinced that's what I'm feeling, he thinks I'm feeling.... The very bottom disc is completely degenerated as previously mentioned. Then the next disc up is compressed and bulging. It's also leaking... But he never elaborated on what that means but you could see on the scans it was leaking.. And then the disc above that, so my 3rd bottom is also completely degenerated. And he says that's what I'm feeling is those three disc impairments.

He said I need to find a routine of stretching and mid section exercises. He said the scans are never going to improve, but I might be able to if I look after myself properly.

 

inversion therapy. This is something you should check out. I do inversion treatments along with other chiropractic care. your bottom lower back is the shock absorbed. compression from top half is causing the bulging. they should start unlocking you from the hips on up. the chiropractor will lay you on side, shift your butt, force your shoulders up.
