Pork Chops are one of my favorite things to cook.

I get boneless and pretty thick.

I put bacon drippings in my cast iron skillet and seer both sides of the chops.

I season the side that is up with garlic and pepper.

I place the cast iron skillet with the pork chops in a 300F oven. Depending on the thickness of the chops, I let them cook up to about 15 minutes on the first side.

I turn the chops, season that side, and put them back in the oven for an equal amount of time as the first side.

The come out tender and delicious every time.

well, the fiji, new guinea and solomon island inhabitants that engaged in cannibalism regularly have said that 'anything you can do with a pig...' so, I guess you'd need someone with a bit of a pudgy midsection, but you could make bacon, more likely than not.

I'm with MoLo. i wouldn't eat people if I could avoid it. (now, if we're in a plane crash situation and we couldn't hunt local fauna?) but as a general rule.. no. I know what humans eat.

Eating humans is impractical. We have thigh and butt meat, but other than that, we're just way too bony. On a 150lb person, there's probably like 10lbs of edible meat. It's like eating an artichoke: just not worth the hassle in the end.

I forgot to mention the brine for the chops.

You have to soak them in salt, brown sugar, and water for at least an hour; then pat them dry before seering.
