Recently on another board I was involved in a huge, heated discussion. I figured I would come here to see what my favorite internet people think.

So the topic was: How bad King of the Hill sucks, how bad every Seth show sucks and how they are direct rip offs of The Simpson's.

The main conclusion to it was: King of the Hill is only funny to smart people who can understand the satire and Family Guy is only funny to retards who hear a dick joke and go hurr durr.

Another thing was: KOTH is only funny when stoned, which is what inspired me to bring it here.

Personally I hate Family Guy... I used to love it. I do rank KOTH above any Seth show and think The Simpson's is still great.

Also, South Park is a great show.

I did dislike the show for awhile, but I am able to admit it has its glorious gems.

 

Ive grown tired of family guy cause the dick jokes are getting lame and predictable..
lost interest in the simpsons soon after it aired..
I hate hanks republican ways.. but cant get enough of dale and bill..
cottons army shit makes me lol all the time though...

dont be dissin king of the hill, this summer i downloaded like about seven sessions and smoked over two oz watching them all, i love em so much, all my friends always go "yupp" KOTH is one of the greatest shows of all time, its so original. "DAMMIT BOBBY"

Family guy is alright, it gets annoying ALOT, but some of it can be funny


South Park = Fucking genius, I have watched every episode multiple times, and yet it still dosnt get old

I said I love King of the Hill.

I remember the night all of these shows aired.

KOTH is on of my all time favs.

 

I can say that Ive watched the simpson and didnt laugh for the whole show, then Family guy comes on and I laughed in less than 3 minutes..

south park I hadnt seen in a while cause no cable, but I have been watching it lately..

imo Family guy just makes fun of the average american family, people who say they like it are stoned or dumb. King of the hill is one of my favorite shows, it can be pretty funny. Gotta realize all shows have their good and bad plots though..

 

King of the hill i only seem to watch when nothing else is on. So in that aspect it's pretty good, considering it doesn't get too boring. Family guy gets way silly, i still choose it over koth any day, but i like american dad better than both.

 

I support the fact that people that laugh at Family Guy have a short attention span.

I will admit i laugh a few times. But the material is shit. Every joke is a fart/dick/sex/etc joke.

It's not something you hafta pay attention to, it is one of those shows that relies on random stupidity.

In it's recent years it has become not only predictable but also a parody of itself.

not just dumb people like family guy. Mabey more "immature" people like it, but that's what makes the show so special, is that people who are thinking complex thoughts all day just want to relax their mind to some simple funny stuff. That's how i see it.

 

I like King of the Hill. Simpsons and Family Guy are about the same to me, both sometimes hilarious, other times boring. Southpark is better than all of those. That being said, I don't watch any of these shows very much anymore, but they are all funny to me.

i personally love king of the hill, its one of my favorite cartoons and i cant get enough of it...im really disappointed that the series is over for good now

as for family guy, i used to really like it and still laugh when i watch it but its just not really my thing anymore, specially since every fucking show on fox sunday night after the simpsons is the same thing since they are all seth shows.

i grew up watching the simpsons like every night so it'll always have a place in my heart but it really hasnt been as good as it used to be at all, ill still laugh and enjoy watching the new episodes but im not bothered if i miss it or something

i hate south park. i used to watch it when i was younger and wasnt aloud to watch it so i felt badass but now it just isnt funny at all to me and i have no interest in watching it.

 

I am as well. It is a great show.

I just think Seth is beating a dead horse that wasn't really every funny.
