I'm just wondering why it took 11 years. http://www.newsday.com/entertainmen...4750083.story?coll=ny-entertainment-headlines
haha... I read about that. Didn't they actually have to file the suit in another state because the statute of limitations had expired? I can see how it might take a while to realize all the "damage" it had done to your life, but I think I could have figured it out after six months or so.... But.. I guess they can't get a job or do anything because they're so stigmatized and looked down on, right? haha
Yeah, weren't they saying that the writer went to school with them in High School, and based the characters off of them?
Sounds like they're trying to cash in on Linklater's success. Honestly, how many people would say "Hey, you've got the same name as that guy from Dazed and Confused. You must do drugs. I think poorly of you now." Give me a fucking break.
They just want some money, and it's sad it took them this long to have it happen. Just greedy people that basically Linklator gave great praise to have their names in the movie and now they are being bastards and want some green money as well, crazy folks.
