Stop covering Hendrix god dammit!

Okay I have a HUGE beef with people covering Jimi Hendrix songs. They NEVER ever get them right, the phrasing is horrible and it doesn't nearly have the feel to it. I have a Guns N Roses DVD and Slash is wasted and he fuckin slaughters Voodoo child. I also have an SRV DVD and he covers voodoo, mind you his version is good, but the Jimi covers need to stop now. I have honestly never heard ONE hendrix cover that was worthy. Guitarests, Hendrix fans, or whoever, let me know what you think. Also if you know of any GOOD <--- Hendrix covers I'd love to hear em cause I've yet to hear one. Peace

Who really cares? If ya don't like it, don't listen. Covers, usually, are never as good as whoever they are covering, but you'll find a gem once and awhile.

i've said it before and will say it again, hendrix was amazingly good at playing the guitar, but the music he plays is mostly shit to listen to.
