so i have never really done any opiates, except for just straight up opium. it's nice to throw in with a little weed, or occasionally by itself. but the problem is that the high can become a bit hangoverish if you smoke too much. how often can one expect to be able to smoke opium without gaining a dependance on it or becoming addicted? and how come i never see anything on these forums about just straight up opium?
i don't think you hear as much about opium because its not as common as other opiates such as pills and even heroin. regarding your addiction question, it really depends on the individual. i've never done opium before, but with pretty well all opiates, you'd have to do them everyday for atleast a couple weeks before you'd feel any minor withdrawl. hope that helped..
yea that's good to know. thanks funny thing is i have never even seen any dealers selling any kind of opiate pills or any of my friends doing them, but opium is easily accessible. i guess most people have more pill hookups.
Heroin and oxys are much easier to come by than opium around here... I can't think of anyone I know who has smoked the straight shit. I would definitely try it if it came around.
I love straight opium, but is usually hard to get. But, as of the last few months, theyre were a few kilos floating around, but I think that all got bought up fast.

its not that addicting but don't go smoking a lot more than a couple of days straight. there are topics about it occasionally, but like people've said, its rare.
no one around here (eastern PA) that i know of sells opium. it's really all just H and percs. i hear that you can boil poppy seeds and make an opium extract though... has anyone here ever done that?
oh man straight up opium is the best. It's different than say taking a dose of OC or Morphine, it tastes very good, and the high is really incredible it really sneaks up on you kinda like you don't notice its effects and you slip into dream land. Just make sure the stuff you get is actual opium, its BLACK and the stuff I had wasnt really sticky kind of rubbery if i remember correctly. Stay away from the shit thats red and powdery, people are definatly selling the fake shit i just got offered a gram of that stuff yesterday

I've made my own opium from poppy pods once by boiling down my poppy pod tea, but I didn't get much of an effect. I think even if opium WAS available to most of us, we still wouldn't do it because pills are much stronger and opium is a bitch to smoke properly. (putting it in a pipe, heating the pipe up, inhaling the vapors, etc.) Maybe the people who smoke oxycontin would like opium because they'd actually get high from the opiate and not from the binders and fillers in a pill. Who knows.
