strawberry soup

    450g strawberries
    1.5 pints of milk
    6oz sugar

    cut up strawberries n heat gently til soft
    mash em up
    add n whisk in sugar
    boil up milk
    let it cool
    add slowly
    stirring in all the while
    chill in a fridge
    get a spoon n eat
