This is one of the most awful things I've seen in a while. A student gets tasered and arrested for asking John Kerry a question. He was neither threatening nor out of control. He made his statements and questions and then police started coming in. When the student asked why he was being arrested, the police put him on the ground and tasered him. Here's the link: http://www.cnn.com/2007/US/09/18/student.tasered.ap/index.html
The university president issued a responce... the two criminals who tasered this student have been suspended with pay following an investigation. http://insideuf.ufl.edu/2007/09/18/prez-statement/
He was asking why John Kerry was so complacent about the voter fraud in Florida during the 2004 election, he then went on to suggest that it was possible his complacency could have been relative to his association with George Bush through skull and bones...........that's when 5 cops pinned him to the ground, forcing him into submission, and after he begged not to be tased the sadistic traitors tased him, in front of all of those people...........it's very disturbing to see that society has been so successfully indoctrinated that they would actually applaud the blatant subversion of our constitutional rights. It's interesting how the mainstream media spins the story as to suggest that the student somehow had it coming, that the force was justifiable because the student had exceeded the time limit to speak. In reality, the student was asking very unpopular questions, that is the reason he was raped.
Call me retarted... but from what I see... the student is being charged with "violently" resisting arrest, and public disturnace (whatever). In the USA, don't you guys also have the right to resist "unlawful" arrest? I'm pretty sure (unless you poor bastards are compleatly under the iron fist) that resisting unlawful arrest is within your rights? I don't think (as of yet) your government is entitled to legitimatly arrest you for questioning them, or disagreeing with thier opinions do you?
I think the guy is kind of an idiot. He kept asking question after question and they wanted him to be done with it and he just freaked out like a bull and was resisting. Did the cops have to get into that? no. But he should of played cool.
That is the most disgraceful thing I've seen in a very long time. He was tasered again and again, a quick jolt should have rendered him immobile.
If you believe that you deserve to live in a totalitarian regime, which is what the US has become. Democrat, Republican they are all the same.
Since I now know that resisting a false/illegal arrest isn't illegal and is in fact encouraged, I'm not letting any cop in my way anymore. We have to fight this shit.
i love how kerry continues speaking, while people are screaming stop along w/ the guy being tasered. im surprised they didnt hold him down after question #1. once again someone is silenced, cops use force, & noone else jumps in no matter the risk to help a fellow idealist out. they silence 1 they paralyze them all
America is only free as long as it's citizens feel free to voice opposition. Now they face imprisonment for terrorist acts and wire tapping, they have no civil personal rights, they gave them up for a false promise of security, from an administration that lied and caused seemingly honorable people like Colin Powell to lie. Glad his son made a killing with the FCC. That should lessen the blow of oppression on the rest of us in hindsight for that family. A military general, aren't they above reproach? Don't you just bust with pride when you view the Patriot Act and all the ecutive orders?
Protect civil contractors, don't worry about individual rights. They will protect you. If you can afford to pay them. Torture and terrorism are jusified if they are recieving their pay checks.
