I have been on suboxone for about 4 days at 8mg a day, and found some Talwin, I have searched forever and can not find a answer at all. I would assume I need to wait a few days for the sub to wear off, but Talwin isnt like most opiates and was wondering if i could take it around 12hrs after taking 8mg of sub. I havent taken anything other than suboxone for about 4-5 days, because i can not get anything else and didnt want withdrawls. Thanks
Regardless if it's an opiate or not, you shouldn't even try to take anything related to an opiate until being off of Sub for AT LEAST 48 hours, if not 72 hours if you want the best experience. Also, both are considered as having partial agonist and antagonist actions, so I don't even understand why you would stop the Sub just to take Talwin. It's not going to be some big rush. To be honest, the longer you wait after the sub, the better chance you have of the next opiate/opioid you take will have an effect on you. Stopping Sub for Talwin just seems pointless. If you are on Suboxone, why are you trying to go back to opiates? Either way, it's none of my business, but at least pick a better opiate to use after being off of Sub for that long....Talwin is crap.
actual talwin mixed with ritalin is one of the best highs ive ever had, catch is u gotta shoot it up a bit off topic but hey now u know your talwin can be used for something...........
I can take my sub in the morning and still get jammed at 8 or 9 at night. With weak shit though give yourself 24 hours, waiting any longer isn't going to be worth it for the tiny buzz you won't get from that crap. Just take your subs dude.
