Buprenorphine binds to your opiate receptors, so any opiate you take after the fact will probably not be felt.

The naloxone in suboxone has no effects when taken sublingually, it is only there to prevent intravenous ROA.

The amount of naloxone in suboxone is negligible, it's the bupe that knocks opiates of your receptors. You can do other opiates, but they won't feel as strong. Usually you want to wait as long as you can before going back to normal opiates.
