So there is this lady that moved in by me and she never really talked to me at all and all of a sudden she just started comming around sitting on the deck with me talking. She is really really cute too so its a total perk. Anyway so today (this morning) she is talking all asking why I disappear for days at a time ect. Was rather pleasant to talk to her. Ate lunch with her today too! I know its no biggy but it was nice. Maybe it was be nice to ol drivers month, lol
Oh hell I just like the fact she likes to talk, she was here talking to me and some of my other friends today. JUst fit right in like she knew us all (she should in a way, Jon has been checking her out since she moved in, lol) She really needs to sell that Dodge truck thou.
That sounds awesome... wish I had someone to come over and just want to converse just for sanity's sake... haha
That's really cool Yank! I've recently, after years of living where we are, started conversing more with some of my neighbors. I think it shocked the heck out of them, I know they had to have thought I was a snob, the way I'd avert my eyes or hold my head up to appear aloof, but I was just painfully shy and that's how I act when I'm shy. Lately though, I've had more confidence when it comes to just coming out and talking to people, which is good. And I've found that I have some really nice neighbors, very sweet people!
She probably thinks you're a drug dealer or something and she's trying to get the scoop on you. Either way, I think Pavel gave the best possible advice.
Aw, I'm jealous...our neighbors are all a bunch of freaks and crackheads. And my parents' neighbors are crazy (on one side) and kind of snobby (other side). On a similar note, when Daniel and I went and got our cell phones turned on waaaay back in the day, an old lady asked if we were newlyweds, said we just looked that way, so happy together, and then she told us she could just tell that she'd love to be our neighbor. And I think I'd love to be hers. lol
Well, I consider anyone who's too fat and lazy to walk across the street and a couple of houses over, so they DRIVE a bad thing. No wonder gas is so damn high...
