Supplements and Gaining Weight

    A best quality multivitamin and mineral supplement is a good concept for weight gain,
    But make sure you are getting all the
    necessary vitamins and minerals taht you need.....

    If you are thin and out of fitness and want to gain the weight of the body than you must use the whey protein and phentermine. Both are the good supplements to gain the weight and also useful to build the body muscles.

    Go to gnc or some supplement store and ask for a weight gainer that has a lot of protein in it :)
    They will be able to help you

    Or just eat more. After all supplements are just that a supplement for real food. Eat lots of fish, eggs, steaks, chicken rice, oatmeal. Drink a gallon of whole milk a day. Try that for 3 weeks and tell me that doesn't put some fat on ur ass. I have a hard time gaining weight too but you just have to eat more food!
