Yeah man thats too much for me. I mean, it probably does you good, but taking that many pills is crazy.
The multi-vitamins only provide the bare minimum for the most essential vitamins, but they are good for covering the others like niacin, iron, riboflavin, etc. Yeah, I wish I could stop eating. Then I could be as skinny as I was in high school.
I used to take One-A-Day Women's until I heard this shit was fucked-up. Now I just have a table spoon of olive oil daily.
Wow Thats alot Pressed Rat! I take a multivitamin, Omega for Women, Vitamin C, sometimes ill throw in a Vit D, and usually a birth control pill too but theyre all gone

Someone close to me just got MS so now I'm pressured into taking vitamin d pills. (I think thats what they are) Other than that its just a gram or two of marijuana and a beer ...... a couple pints thereof per jour.
