Well, besides a occasional ache in my balls (vague at best, i cant really place my finger on the exact lovation), my balls hang in a diagnol-like way torward the front. If im right, normally one with testicular torsion would lead the twisted nut to hang horizontally. But im not sure if i should be concerned about this. I might be a bit hypochondriac, but id like to keep my balls in this lifetime as a man. My balls are a good distance away from my penis, they sometimes shift, once in a while the left will be slightly lower than the right, and vice versa. I just want to know if this should be of concern for my health. Thanks
I've worked in the ER, and there were three guys in one night who came in with testicular torsion. All of them lost a nut. It was funny because they were all next to eachother in those drapped off rooms, and they could hear the doctor telling the guy next to them. The third guy thought the doc was fucking with him because he had to sit and listen to the doc tell the other two guys. The look on his face when he realized it wasn't a joke was classic. Anyway, judging by those gentlemen, if you can type and walk, its 99% sure not a testicular torsion. These men could barely talk it was so painful. Its more likely to be a pulled muscle or very slight herniation. Cheers
Testicles vary in how they hang depending on if it is hot or cold - cold, and they nest up close to your body, hot, they hang loosely. They also nest up close to the shaft of your penis when you are about to ejaculate. I am not sure what you mean when you say they hang "in a diagnol-like way towards the front". The pain in your testicles could be "blue balls", having too much sperm collected in them, and the sperm are saying to you "please let me out", or it could be a varicocele, a varicose vein in the spermatic cord leading to your prostate, which is hereditary (I have one).
