Thanksgiving Council 2010

THANKSGIVING COUNCIL is at 132 Titmouse Lane, Hedgesville, WV in the West Virginia panhandle near Maryland & Virginia State lines Thursday, November 26 - Sunday, November 29.

All friends and family are invited.

Come council on the 2010 Annual Gathering Of The Tribes. There will be a Thanksgiving dinner so please bring food for the feast and food to share for the entire weekend.

Bring all things good: Bedding, tents, tarps, a towel, a cup, a bowl, a spoon, a flashlight, lawn chairs and personal necessities.

There will be limited indoor sleeping and cold nights so be prepared to camp out - bring your tent.

This is a private home, please do not arrive earlier than Wednesday afternoon.

Directions:
From Interstate 81 take West Virigina Exit 16.
Go west on Route 9 approximately 4 miles.
At the traffic light in Hedgesville, WV stay on Rt 9 and go 9.1 miles.
Make a right on Michael Chapel Road and drive 1/2 mile.
At the crest of the hill turn left onto Titmouse Lane,
go to the second house on the right - 132 Titmouse Lane.

I don't know, depends on how things are 'going' here, I guess.
Zen and Marti have the vehicles ... grin.
I lost my jeep and trailer to the rollover last June on the way into the Gather.
As per physical therapy, I walk a bit, toss the stick w/the dog, and those chores about the property I am allowed to do, but nothing 'official' yet.
I am still lovingly embraced by the 'contraption,' (Minerva Brace) and limited, y'know? sigh ...
I HAVE been a madman from time to time with my crotchet hook though ... grin

I remember hearing about your accident, I hope you know folks was praying for ya. I know how it is not to have wheels. I have a feeling there are going to be alot of non-rainbow type family here,,,,, makes me nervous, cuz small town people who all grew up togethor are always sizeing up a new comer. God, I am so tired of that in my life! If it aint here at hip with the oldsters, it has been at Rainbow, no matter where I go,,,
I should not have drank so much wine!! It took the pain away, but oh do ya feel those lil aches even harder the next day. I dont drink all the time, not like I used to!

Happy day after T-day!! I survived! And a good time was had by all. I cooked for 2 days, and brother Glen did a fine job on his end, of course.He is a good cook! I slept till well afternoon! I am usually the 2nd one up in the morning. Hope this finds all safe, and just itchin to know what Council comes to!

It's to cold where they are. I'm havin a hard enough time stayin warm! Will know soon enough! Going to Chapel Hill, never been there. The old gang used to hang there alot. Thank goodness the sun is back!!! Happy Day, Lovins to all!
