I do. This year I'm cooking for my mother-in-law, my father-in-law, my mother, my father, my sister, and of course my husband and our three kids.

A huge turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, green bean casserole, sweet peas, cranberry sauce, corn "pudding", sweet potato casserole, two kinds of rolls, and two pies, an apple, and a pumpkin.

  5. do you put a rack in the roasting pan so the turkey drippings are easily gravyable?
