In 8 days...That's right...I'll be in Seattle in 8 DAYS! I thought this should probably go here, rather than anywhere else....so yay for me! I'm into the single digit countdown
I know someone who's anxious to seeeee youuuu... Hehehe.. Hey... thought you went to the hospital last night or sth?
I did go to the emergency room last night. But they said that everything was stress-related. I should just go home and relax. HAHAHAHAHAHA...I have three finals on Monday, and in little more than a week, I will be on a plane....No stress, really... and I know someone who's anxious to see brian Oh! BTW! Add me to your MSN
Dude.. seriously... shut the fuck up. Stop mentioning me. Stop bringing my name up. It's way pathetic and you're putting mutual friends (I don't know how that's even possible.. us having mutual friends) in a very awkward position. I don't like you. At all. I try to stay away from you as much as possible. I try not to post in threads you make nor answer directly to posts you make in other threads... to avoid any kind of direct communication or discussion with you. However, you keep bringing up my name.. This is the first and the last time I'm gonna ask you this: Would it be possible for you to stay away from me, to not mention my name, to not make any insinuation in my direction (bashing my country for no other reason than provocing me) etc etc.? If so.. I'll do the same.. I'm putting my sword down here.. like I said.. because I care about our mutual friends. I hope you feel the same.
Blackie...CHILL...Don't start anything, please.... And I'll be sure to let you know when I'm in Seattle
One thing I'd like to do when she's here is to take her to the Folklife Festival during Memorial Weekend. It'd be great if a group of us can meet up then. Other than that, I think there are a few things going on during the first couple of weekends in July, and I do want to take Holly to the Solstice Parade in Fremont this year. Do you have any thoughts, Tarabelle? Or any plans? And Blackie, please be kind enough to chill the fuck out. When you and Holly meet, I'm sure I will be around as well. If you keep up these attacks, you'll just push me to thoroughly dislike you, which would make things very awkward between us and especially to Holly. I don't want her to feel uncomfortable while she's here. Velvet has done well to back off. Can you be adult enough to do the same?
BTW, Velvet, she already knows that I snore. Although she might get a kick out of the recording, if you still have it. Hell, I'd probably get a kick out of it, even if I am blushing out of embarrassment when I hear it.
LOL... yeah.. still have it I think.. didn't take the time yet to delete it.. hehe.. but with the earplugs it was no prob at all.. plus I happily put up with it if that's the only thing
Oh fucking come on people! Do I have a beef with anyone? No Do I think inter-forumer beefs are silly? Quite. Do I think it's unfair that now I will be denied a visit from one of my favourite forumers because of disagreements between that forumer and one of my other forumer friends? You'd better fucking believe it. Am I pissed off? You're fucking right, I am. You guys kiss and make up now, or I'll tear into the both of you! You don't want this chubby, pissed-off, southerner wrath coming down on you. You really don't. Now...Kiss and make up....
To be fair, you were the one who brought her up. She hasn't said anything to you in a couple of months. In this case, she responded to your comment. Not to mention that it wasn't necessarily her that got you banned. A moderator will not ban one unless they have seen reason to do so. If you have an issue with that, I suggest you take it up with the mod who was responsible for your banning. Also, I don't think Skip would be bringing attention to other forumers regarding your brief excommunication as it would be hypocritical, given that discussions about one's banning is bannable in itself. Why does it have to be a choice? I would NEVER dream of telling someone that they had to choose between one friend or another. I don't presume to have control over one's life like that. At this point, I think it would be best for me to stay away from you, but that's not to stop Holly from seeing you, if she wants. Don't punish her because of someone else's comments. She a great gal with big heart. And I know that she likes you. Would you let your hatred for one person come before your fondness of another? Hate shouldn't be that strong.
I stand by my previous post. If he agrees not to mention my name anymore or make insinuations in my direction I'll leave it be without a grugde, like I have been doing the last couple of weeks (untill he mentioned me in the 11sth thread). I'm waving the white flag here.. in case you haven't noticed. Blackie.. I don't care who you meet. If you choose not to meet Monosphere or even Holly (I thought you two were pretty much friends already?) then it's your loss.. and you miss a great chance to make new friends and meet great people. I'll leave it at this. My point of view is clear. I ask for nothing but respect.
I'm ignoring the rest of this thread and moving on. Can't we all just toke a bong??? Some of the things to think about........... 1. I think the Fremont Solstice parade, June 18th is the bestest idea! Get there early for the best views!! - do you live nearby, by chance? - parking is such a bitch! You've got to show her around Fremont - the troll (take pictures!!!!), Lenin, the microbrews, the pressed rat in front of the artist's gallery. And then go to Gasworks and check out the views. 2. Of course - do Pike Street market. 2A. Do a 'Summer Nite at the Pier' concert. 3. Tour and tastings at the Red Hook Brewery and Chateau St. Michelle Winery (or a concert there - usually too mellow for my tastes) in Woodinville. 4. Do the EMP (on us, of course). 5. I like the Butterfly house at the Pacific Science Center, alot. 6. Come out to our nudist camp one weekend. On June 3 - 5th, the camp is hosting the Oracle Gathering. On June 23 - 26th, the camp is hosting Critical Massive - the Seattle Burning Man. These are PARTY weekends with non-stop music. Any other weekend would be OK, too - it would be more private and serene - very woodsy. It is a clothing optional place, so you would only have to be as nude as you feel free to and we would not force you to see us nakkid if it would offend anyone. 7. Go show her Mount St. Helens. And / OR we could all go camping. We have plenty of gear. 8. Take her to the Gorge for a concert and camp overnight there. What a party that is - sheesh, quiet time from 2:00 to 6:00 my ass! 9. The drive up the Columbia river is pretty spectacular and there's the Stonehenge replica to see. 10. You could always come way south to Graham and we would cook for you and put you up. 11. We are going to the Gem Faire this upcoming weekend at the Tacoma Dome - crystals, rocks, gems, funky stuff for cheap. Cheap admission, too. There's always the Swiss or the Harmon Brew Pub in Tacoma. And there's great places to eat and drink on the Tacoma waterfront, too. And Chahuilly (sp) glass is everywhere down there. 12. How long is Holly staying? Bumbershoot too late? 13. Oh, and show her around the Woodland Gardens while the rodies and aezaleas are still in bloom. Some of the stuff around is pricey, I know. Hey, include us in as many as possible? We are always up for some fun. We have a teen, so he dictates our schedule somewhat, but every other weekend he goes to his real mom's, so then we are freeeeeeeee. When are you getting here, Holly?
I don't know much about what the real problem is, but I noticed that Blackie is 38 and HippyFreek2004 is only 19. Considering that he has been accused of being a pedophile and into his little fetishes maybe Blackie should hang out with girls closer to his age? Yet it seems weird that she would still want to meet him even after making those accusations. Sounds like it's going to be one dysfunctional cook out, hahahaha!!!! Did you guys all meet online?
Guy, I'm just friends with all of these people. Not to mention, I'm necessarily Miss Innocent. Tara - I Cant want to meet you! I get there in 5 days!

You've got to show her around Fremont - the troll (take pictures!!!!), Lenin, the microbrews, the pressed rat in front of the artist's gallery. And then go to Gasworks and check out the views. Already planned on doing the Solstice Parade. And would love to see other forumers there as well. And I plan on showing her around the U-District, Gasworks, Fremont, and Ballard (hoping they still have the beach burns at Golden Gardens) 2. Of course - do Pike Street market. Given 2A. Do a 'Summer Nite at the Pier' concert. Maybe. Depends on who's playing and when. 3. Tour and tastings at the Red Hook Brewery and Chateau St. Michelle Winery (or a concert there - usually too mellow for my tastes) in Woodinville. Holly's under 21, so that's probably not a possibility, although I do have some thoughts regarding that. Thinking of a little train that goes up to Woodinville 4. Do the EMP (on us, of course). you rock! 5. I like the Butterfly house at the Pacific Science Center, alot. Will probably check out the PSC at some point during one of our trips to Seattle Center 6. Come out to our nudist camp one weekend. On June 3 - 5th, the camp is hosting the Oracle Gathering. On June 23 - 26th, the camp is hosting Critical Massive - the Seattle Burning Man. It is a clothing optional place, so you would only have to be as nude as you feel free to and we would not force you to see us nakkid if it would offend anyone. Both weekends sound like fun, especially Critical Massive. I'm game, and I'm assuming Holly is as well 7. Go show her Mount St. Helens. And / OR we could all go camping. We have plenty of gear. I'd love to do that as well. And I also have a bit of gear. 8. Take her to the Gorge for a concert and camp overnight there. What a party that is - sheesh, quiet time from 2:00 to 6:00 my ass! Gonna buy tickets to a show at the Gorge come this weekend. Ben Harper and Trey Anastasio. Should be good. 9. The drive up the Columbia river is pretty spectacular and there's the Stonehenge replica to see. Not familiar with the stonehenge replica. Care to send me a map? 10. You could always come way south to Graham and we would cook for you and put you up. Thanks for the offer. We might just take you up on that. Definitely gonna show her some Chihuly art and some of Tacoma, including Point Defiance. Pubs aren't an option, unfortunately. 12. How long is Holly staying? Bumbershoot too late? Sadly, yes. she's heading back mid-late august. 13. Oh, and show her around the Woodland Gardens while the rodies and aezaleas are still in bloom. Will do! Some of the stuff around is pricey, I know. Yes, but luckily there are plenty of outdoor activities that don't cost anything.
Dat's cool. Otherwise this ship we call the Hip Forums would be listing way to far starboard and we need a good size ballast system like HippyFreek to right her!
