This band is amazing. if you haven't heard them please please check out their album " funeral" ....its so beautiful. i haven't had one person tell me they don't like them, actually everyone i show them to can't stop listening. they're addictive...anyways, thought i'd give you guys a heads up.
bumping this thread... just got their album and now I'm in love... such a lush, vibrant sound they have edit: They're David Bowie's favorite band at the moment, go figure...
They're great, and I'd advise anyone who likes them to listen to Neutral Milk Hotel's 'In The Aeroplane Over The Sea'.
heck yes! neutral milk is amazing as well! weird..those albums kind of go hand in hand even though they really sound nothing alike. but they are both filled with so much passion. its wonderful!
awesome band out of canada. There french actually, and if you have the cd take a look at the liner notes, best ive seen. Did you know there cd is called funeral because the band's family memebers' were dying? peace&love -Jay
