They are from my hometown of Concord, NC First time I saw them was in Seattle, Washington though. It was Bumbershoot so there were 60+ other bands which made it nice. Long way to go to see a hometown band. I would have figured a lot of people would know them here, they are big in Asheville, NC and lots of places across the US. Definite modern hippy music. They play a lot of the big music festivals and are on the road 50 weeks out of the year.
