Out of all the music in the world blues must be my favorite so I'll start with something and you can comment and put down someone.

Duane Allman is one of my favorite slide guitarist or other wise. My favorite song is off of Eat a Peach.

"Little Martha" Some may say it's not blues but I tend to disagree what do you think?

    That's a sweet song.

Blues is broad. It can be blues if you want it to be.

i love the allman brothers! i can't name a favorite song, but one of the few i like that they were famous for has to be "melissa".

i love the blues. i think my favorite blues man has to be roy buchanan. amazing guitarist, shame he had to hang himself.</3 his music still lives inside me tho:) and always will.

Ahh yes, I love the blues. My favorite blues artist is probably Stevie Ray Vaughan.

I never REALLY listened to Allman Brothers. I've heard of them and some of their songs showed up on the radio more than once but I never took the time to listen to them. I'll download a few songs and give em a listen :) .

Oh yes Roy! He's famous for his "SWELLS" as it is called. Swells are when you use your pinkey to turn the volume of the guitar in this case up and down while picking. Volume down, then pick and volume up, then repeat. Very hard to do right, most people how try suck really bad, but Roy buchanan was and even though he died and didn't get famous (wasn't he in prison?) He still was the master of the Swell!

Stevie is Great too, he more or less saved the blues from an early death back in the 80's. I strongly beleive Stevie Ray was the best guitarist of his time, but I'd have loved to see him face off with Duane Allman. If Duane was still around music would still be music today instead of drum machines and techno bull shit
