Trump's buddy, Bolsonaro (known as Tropical Trump), also appealed his criminal conviction this week.

Bolsonaro was convicted for his botched military coup that tried to overturn the 2022 presidential election in Brazil and sentenced to 27 years in prison..

Trump has imposed 50% tariffs on Brazil for not stopping the trial of Bolsonaro.

Trump is using claims of official acts as president to try to overturn his felony conviction in NY.

Trump appealed to a mid-level NY state appelate court.

He may eventually appeal his NY conviction to the U,S, Supreme Court whose conservatives in 2024 gave presidents immunity for official presidential acts.

    https://www.courthousenews.com/trump-lodges-formal-appeal-of-criminal-hush-money-case/

    excerpt:

"Trump also argued that Merchan allowed the jury to see evidence that should have been off-limits pursuant to the Supreme Court’s ruling last year for broad presidential immunity. He pointed to testimony from Hope Hicks, one of his top White House aides during his first term, who told jurors how she was tasked with killing certain stories about Trump’s adulterous behavior.

“The U.S. Supreme Court mandated that violations of residential evidentiary immunity require automatic reversal of a conviction, without any harmless-error analysis,” Trump argues, calling the purportedly prohibited testimony “far from harmless.”

Merchan previously ruled that Hicks’ testimony had nothing to do with Trump’s “official acts” as the commander in chief.

“This court further finds that the evidence related to the preserved claims relate entirely to unofficial conduct and thus, receive no immunity protections,” the judge ruled in December."

The justices on the U.S. Supreme Court will have to address this type of claim now that they have granted presidents immunity (assuming they even take an appeal of Trump's NY case if he appeals it to them).

    'All will be forgiven'.

If Trump can convince China to buy U.S. soy again regularly which hasn't occurred since May 2025 because of Trump's trade war on China.

    https://www.cnn.com/2025/10/29/poli...meeting-with-a-bailout-hanging-in-the-balance

    excerpt:

“If he can actually pull off a big trade deal with China that involves the sale of soybeans, all will be forgiven,” Sen. Kevin Cramer, a North Dakota Republican, told reporters Monday, while adding that he was “exasperated” by Trump’s latest missive ending trade talks with and increasing tariffs on Canada.

The lingering farm bailout is just one of the issues facing Rollins as she navigates the fallout from Trump’s tariffs and the government shutdown. She’s still dealing with the backlash from Trump’s jab at American beef producers last week and the president’s call to buy Argentinian beef — after already bailing out the country itself with $20 billion.

If Trump manages to have the farmers forgive him, he will start yet another trade war with China to be reversed later so that all will be forgiven again.

it will be like the TV evangelists taking their captive followers on emotional rollercoaster rides. You've sinned! You're forgiven. You've sinned! You're forgiven.

    That's not factual.

The use of the Insurrection Act can be challenged in court.

Bannon becomes increasingly delusional by the day. Now he thinks Trump is an instrument of the Divine. Yet people like him are upset that they are described as cult members.

He exhibits the same mental pathology as people like Giuliani, Mike Lindell, John Eastman, Mark Finchem, Michael Flynn, and Trump himself that becomes increasingly worse.

It spreads from one person to another and becomes a mass psychosis.

Trump gave Argentina $20 billion in bailouts and has talked about increasing it to $40 billion.

Argentina is selling soy to China to replace what it used to buy from U.S. farmers before Trump started yet another one of his trade wars on China..

Trump also wants to import beef from Argentina as U.S. beef producers are struggling and prices have soared.

Why? Because Trump likes the right-wing leader of Argentina who gifted Musk with a big chain saw to applaud his firings of U.S. federal workers.

Plenty about various statues of old white men removed in the recent past.
Was the White House characterized as a monument to white supremacy?
Now it's a boo-hoo. Only because it's Trump wielding the sledgehammer..

Again, anyone who disagrees with Trump has to go.

Do we really need an Arc de Trump?

Trump-loving county loses labor and delivery unit.

Trump-Loving County Loses Labor And Delivery Unit Thanks To Medicaid Cuts

    excerpt:

"Things don’t seem to be going especially well in the parts of the country that voted for Donald Trump last November. Sure, they don’t have ICE agents tear-gassing trick-or-treaters or breaking the ribs of elderly citizens, but it still hasn’t been all peaches and cream.

Iowa, Nebraska, and other rural states are on the verge of an economic crisis, caused in part by the fact that Trump made it so they can’t sell soybeans to China anymore (while bailing out Argentina so that their farmers can). Louisiana had a major whooping cough outbreak that killed two infants and their health department — run by a state surgeon general who loves Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and thought COVID vaccines were “dangerous” — just didn’t bother to tell anyone about it for months while simultaneously ending the “promotion” of vaccines like the one for whooping cough. Things have been so bad that even Arizona, North Carolina, Kansas, and Kentucky have joined blue states in their lawsuit against the Trump administration for refusing to release the SNAP contingency funds."
