Yes, it's sad that millions will lose food stamps, children of the poor will lose lunches, insurance prices will go way up, money to help people for heating in the winter is stopped, ----but you know whats even worse? That ANY of these programs are even necessary to begin with!! Meanwhile , the millionaire--billionaire class cruises along making deals with government for billions, companies merging making some rich folks even richer--etc--etc--etc. None of it is hidden--. It's the way of our world. Give money and kiss the fat ass of the narcissist trump and your in "the club." The rest of us? BUY MORE. BUY MORE NOW.

ICE mistakenly deported man who had worked for Trump for ten years.

    https://www.nytimes.com/2025/10/30/nyregion/immigrant-wrongly-deported-mexico.html

    excerpt:

The Department of Homeland Security, the parent agency of ICE, initially told The Times, incorrectly, that Mr. Juarez had not been deported, noting that he was detained because of a 2022 conviction for driving under the influence with a child in the car.

But it later issued a rare acknowledgment of its mistake, saying that Mr. Juarez had been “removed to Mexico early because he was put on the incorrect transport.” The agency also offered a remedy: It would facilitate Mr. Juarez’s return to ICE custody and continue to push for his deportation from the United States.

Already this year, Trump officials had mistakenly sent Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia to an infamous prison in El Salvador, an error that officials admitted in court even as they later maintained they had done nothing wrong.

    excerpt:

"What seems clear is that Trump’s love of tariffs will ensure they remain at the heart of US economic policy. I see no scenario in which the president, even after having negotiated a trade deal, doesn’t reserve to himself the right unilaterally to change his mind, threaten and then launch a fresh tariff."

    excerpt:

"So far, the only country that has stood up to Trump and won is China. Xi Jinping has mastered the careful art of letting Trump appear to win while quietly claiming victory at home. Xi played his hand perfectly and came away from their meeting this past week with a reduction in tariffs."

    https://www.cnn.com/2025/11/01/business/tariff-strategy-trump-canada-china

    excerpt:

"The Canadian incident shows countries on the other side of the negotiating table with the United States face a near-impossible situation.

First, they must negotiate trade deals by coming to Washington with a transactional mindset: “What can we offer up?”

Second, they must, at the last minute, be prepared for the US president to want more — so they better have something else up their sleeve they can give as an offering.

And there’s a third wrinkle: Never mind reciprocal tariffs — the United States is in the business of retaliatory tariffs for seemingly unrelated issues. It means no country can know what decision, policy or indiscretion will offend Trump, who may retaliate at virtually any time with further tariffs."

Trump is still at it with his stolen 2020 election narrative.

Trump, 79, Demands Urgent Action on Biggest Fraud That Never Happened

    excerpt:

Donald Trump is ratcheting up his demands for the Justice Department to forge ahead with a fresh inquiry of his debunked claims the 2020 elections were cruelly stolen from him.

Behind closed doors and in public, the president, who has never conceded his defeat, is applying ever greater pressure on his administration to uncover evidence of electoral fraud behind Joe Biden’s victory, The Washington Post reports.

“I hope the DOJ pursues this with ‘gusto’ as befitting the biggest SCANDAL in American history,” Trump wrote on Truth Social last Sunday. “If not, it will happen again, including the upcoming Midterms.”

Trump already did this for the 2020 election. He lost at least 60 election-related cases. It's why he resorted to his fake electors and insurrection at the Capitol, the fraud that actually happened.

    https://www.cnn.com/2025/11/02/us/portland-oregon-national-guard-ruling

    excerpt:

"A judge has extended her order blocking President Donald Trump from deploying any National Guard troops to Portland, Oregon, until Friday – keeping soldiers in the city in limbo as the legal showdown over presidential power continues.

US District Court Judge Karin Immergut’s decision comes after a three-day trial that saw arguments over whether the Trump administration violated the law by federalizing and trying to deploy Oregon and California troops to Portland."

‘If it was anybody else, we’d arrest him tomorrow,' Justice Department aide said of Trump

    excerpt:

"In a hastily convened conference call that evening, Assistant Attorney General Matt Olsen listened as his investigators described the hundreds of pages of top-secret records they found, some containing gravely serious material. Several detailed covert government operations and U.S. spying powers could get American operatives killed if the information fell into the wrong hands. Instead of the documents being kept under lock and key in a government safe, agents found them spilling out of boxes in Trump’s personal office, his residence and even a bathroom shower."
