Oh I get this everyday too. But this is the opposite side I normally deal with. Over the years of injuries, the old lady had learned a thing or two about massages.

Rolling 3-4 tablespoons of chia seeds in a cup for almond or coconut milk will thicken/jell(set in refrigerator for a couple hours)...stir a couple times in the bowl so all the seeds don't settle in one place, let thicken and you can just eat plain like that or you can add fruit of choice like apple or blueberry strawberries ...you can add almonds coconut etc...you can even add fruit to the chia seeds and milk before it jells/thickens but if you add the fruit before it jells don't put in a bowl to jell put in a mason jar with lid and shake a few times before it jells ..many ways to do the chia seeds.

 

Peyton is acting personally offended about the steroids or whatever he took. I have no doubt he did the team doctor probably just told him it was ok and now he will be thrown under the bus. He's old and won't be helping anyone win games next year he is expendable.

 

I'm not sure where I mentioned sucking up to my boss. I barely ever talk to my boss. The only reason I heard she was pissed about the schedule change too is because someone else told me. My boss spends her day in a tiny office watching us all on monitors. I just don't suck at my job and a lot of other people do. Not my fault I'm motivated and went to culinary school.

ok...neighbors purebred german shepard had 7 pups last night...also purebreds.....he wants to give me one free...both adults are jet black nd all 7 pups are black too.....I dunno....should I let my white dog and a new black shepard have pups?....they would look cool and of course they can be sold for milk money????

i just looked up that boiler explosion to see what area it is...prettty nice looking area when you see it from google satellite...lots of farms and so close to the ocean (ive never seen an ocean just the great lakes)

 

if i owned a business i would be ruthless. seniority my ass. if you arent doing what needs doing, you are moving down the pole. if im paying you i want your skills in exchange. decorating one cake for 8 hours when the new kid can decorate 2 in 8 hours, well i want more for my money. hubby works crazy hard, stocking, talking to customers, rearranging the cooler to make it functional. he works really hard for 10/hour. thats why they are keeping him on, even if its going to be parttime.

im finally getting sick. sore throat several days in a row. been taking naps. glad hubby was home yesterday, i got about 2 and a half hours. it just takes so long for me to get sick, be sick, and then get over it too. bleh.

 

Just got a call and was told they are trying to give everyone hours until they decide what's going on. I have to carpool to a plant that is over an hour and a half away. I don't like this but I need the money and benefits and if there is any chance to get my old job back in the future this is it. I still expect they may close down my place because it will be a lot of money to fix. Not sure how much insurance will cover.

 

Have you considered cooking in an upscale restaurant? I think they would care more about what you know and what you can do.

I'm the same way about computers, Lynn. I have a fairly high IQ but I can't understand tech things. I'm totally right brained. The EX once convinced me that the entire internet was down by disabling something or other on my computer.

Oh... and remind your son that you once taught him how to tie his shoes.

 

Rolling... if you have a health food store nearby... they'll likely have bulk seeds for sprouting. You can buy chia seeds there. I've tried sprouting chia seeds but I'm not fond of the flavor. I like radish seeds or broccoli seeds better as sprouts.

But... it should work for what you're doing.

AND...about the son...Mama got him to take out several bags of trash yesterday before he left. It had been raining and I had just put it off and a few bags were on the back porch. ANYWAY, as I was looking out the kitchen window after he left I saw he took the bags to the trash cans but did not put them in! LOL :rofl: I thought good grief I may be unable to just KNOW exactly what to do with a computer; but, I know not to just take the bags TO the cans. I guess I was supposed to tell him to lift the dang lids and put the bags INSIDE the cans. smh Surely he knew (I've gotta think that!) but he was probably thinking about computer and car things and his mind short circuited when it came to our trash. :dizzy2:

 

My sister got me some DVD's from England. I think the only place you could find them was BBC.com since most of them were never even shown in Ameirca. But now I don't have to depend on Netflix of the internet to find them.

I've always found that part of the world interesting. And it is legal to own a R34 Skyline there. I can't do that in America.

 

i hope your DVD player will play them, region coding makes me furious. i would buy so many things if they just made them available! i would buy the Victorian Farm, Edwardian Farm, Wartime Farm, Tales from the Green Valley series'
and that would just be my first purchase.


PS just put out a call on my FB for cloth diapers. how many people are going to call me crazy? im already doing poopy laundry, whats the difference?
ill tell you what, saving $60 a month on disposables makes me not care if i seem crazy. im spending $60/ month on GARBAGE people! and the dogs eat it! ewww! id rather do poopy laundry!

im pretty sure ive seen some of those nissans around here ..they were rhd but i didnt notice the name if it was skyline...for sure ive seen some awd rhd sentras and theres a few kei rhd some daihatsu / acty pajero etc...
