The New iPod Shuffle

Pretty lame imo. I guess if someone only has a few songs and hardly any money then its good. But i wouldn't want to double-click that button to surf through 1000 songs to find the one I want. It would work good as a flash drive (I might consider it) because it has 4gb and it plays music. I guess that's pretty neat that it talks to you, but I don't like it. Rediculously small too.

Ha. Double Click (the headphone button) to go to the next track, and TRIPLE Click to go back a song. Wouldn't that be a sextuple click if you were in the middle of a song and wanted to go to the previous song. Yikes.

i don't like the shuffles at all.. like popularity said, it sucks to have to go through like 1,000 songs to find the one you wanna hear.

 

ya apple just started to use cheap non union chinese labour recently right...wrong..they were doin it long ago...whos fuckin fault is it then...uneducated consumers who overlook apples policies cause they design cool stuff....you shop at walmart or target right...if you dont give a flyin fuck about north american jobs then just say that...but dont try and use the economic problems of a whole country to excuse the fact that apple makes the ipods in china so they can make more money and when the profits are threatened they layoff u.s. and canadian citizens...go to fuckin walmart and work..they're hiring...i fuckin hate apple products..but hey..you look so cool and hip with your new i-phone so who cares

What a great idea. Make an mp3 player that you can't use in a car stereo, and is only compatible with 1 pair of headphones. Brilliant.

 

I like my shuffle if I'm out riding my bike, and I dont want to choose a song.

With shuffles, Its not about finding a song you want to listen to, its just about listening to it, but my shuffle was small and I have like 12 gigs of music...

u ppl hating on the shuffle obviously dont understand it's intent..

its made for working out, etc. where u arent constantly looking for songs, and it's price tag makes it perfect for those looking for that, or somone looking for a super cheap mp3 player

 

yeah apple is no good. they're just as bad as m$ except more "creative", but i love my zen mp3 player

Honestly, I'm a windows fanboy... own a zune, on windows 7, use media center for tv, and I've read a few bios on bill gates. but too many haters here.

I don't think you guys get the idea of a shuffle.. it's more like a secondary player. One for sports or something like that.. just add your favourite tunes to it and that's it, you don't need your whole library.

Think about it... how great is this for skating? probably as great as eating ice cream I'd say!

the only major flaw I see to this is it's probably ridiculously easy to lose.

I love my classic though. Excellent battery life, fancy display, 120gb, and it actually looks like the original ipod.

That's a good point you can only use one set of headphones. Theyre shitty too compared to my in-ears.

PhillyWilly did list some good pros, but still it's pretty pointless. The first and second gens (how many are there now?) we're fine. I dont understand why they had to make yet ANOTHER.
