Hi, what is your reason to dislike Christmas?

 

being forced to go to highly over crowded centers of shopping

 

Idioticly over-commercialized.
Religious.
Fire-Works.

Endless sounds of explosions and light s for all of December....every kind of firework known to man is legal in Honduras.

 

It signifies the end of the Christmas Season, which means people are gonna stop being so cheery and go back to being mean

Not being able to watch my lil' boys get so excited about the magic of Chirstmas.

hmmmm i can't really think of a reason maybe the worry of people not liking what you got them guess.

Because we celebrate Christmas.

We bake cookies, decorate, visit the family. We also exchange gifts. That never bothered me about Christmas. Lil' ones deserve to believe their is a Santa and that he comes and leaves presents under the tree. In exchange my boys are so excited to leave cookies and milk by the fireplace for Santa.

It won't always be like this for them till then I don't mind making the most of it.

 

I think I misunderstood Birds question. HA ha. Guess I am not awake.

My first response meant that I dislike when Christmas is OVER.

It was always so magical waking up early before anyone else, sneaking in to look at the tree and see the big boxes that Santa left, then trying to sneak back into bed but discovering you had woken a few other people up, so you all sat around the tree, still sleepy, but mezmerized by its glow

I remember my brother and I waking up at all hours of the night. So excited we could hardly stand it.

On Christmas Eve would go to my Dad's parents and someone would dress up and play Santa then on Christmas morning we'd open our gifts and then pile in the car to see my Mom's parents. It was awesome.

Now I have lil' ones and we try to make it awesome for them. We don't travel the day of Christmas. Instead we get up early, open gifts, hang out in our pajama's all day and play with our new toys. Woohooo!!!!

 

that's what we do we also have a big christmas dinner over at our grandparents house, grandma and grandpa make wonderful food
