i got half of them right....and,and ...half of them wrong.....older i remember all those shows but i only can answer the last one.francis the talking mule.donald o'connor and francis were the co-stars if memory serves me.i got curious and looked it up.chill wills did the voice of francis.i had forgotten that.

 

The Cisco Kid's horse was Diablo and Loco was Pancho's horse.

Also thanx, I think your right about Penny being Sky Kings niece instead of his daughter, it's been a while, in any case I was in love with her. Also in one of Jimmy Buffett's songs he talks about writting fan letters to Sky King's Penny.
