I think like having boobs/physique it can involve the same types of insecurities. One plus would be that there are prob more male dominant positions. Sexually speaking in my experience, one downside would be not being able to have multiple orgasms in one session (it's possible but very rare) and- at least for me- concerns about lasting long enough to bring on a few orgasms for a partner.

The cervix is the only thing dilated during labor; why can't anyone get their facts straight? The cervix is a good 5-6 inches in, and then theres additional length in the vagina.
